Using Remedy to manage ticket generation for the various sub-contractors reporting to me as well as generating Total Cost of Ownership reporting on devices that resulted in a year to year savings of $250, 000 dollars with the decommission of legacy equipment.
- Collaboration with eight OSB mills to determine needs assessments for custom software to be built to manage Safety and training considerations.
- Through suggestions and experience in scripting eliminated deployment problems associated with incompatible Windows variations deployed to the network. Worked hand in hand with the SMS team to build better deployment strings when deploying software upgrades for the Proficy Project to the eight OSB mills

- Evaluated the current networking system in relation to the current production volumes and the projected volumes in the next 5 years. Relocated the network, server and systems to a climate controlled room with proper punch down and cable identification management systems.
- Implemented Citrix presentation server with a new VPN tunnel to accommodate remote access using thin clients for costing from the various satellite sales outlets.
- Collaborated with Lisec to network and pass Bill of Materials data for order completion using the Four Point welder, the Zero Scape cutoff saw and the dual point counter cleaning systems.
